To get a good swing feel with this exercise, try to put a brief silence between each chord, about one-third of a beat. You'll find it's easier to have a short silence between beats one and two -- where you have the same voicing -- than between beats two and three -- where you have to change voicings. Try to control this so that the silences are all the same duration.
Be sure to analyze these voicings, and apply this concept to a lot of tunes. Eventually you should be able to come up with this kind of voice-led three-note-voicing type of comping on sight.
